Checking In

Arrival is scheduled for 2 pm onwards.

The key can be accessed from the key safe near the rear door with the code that will be given to you on confirmation of your booking.

The Cottage should be left clean and tidy by the previous guests. There is an arrival checklist to go through on your arrival, please report any issues by returning this to the Registry Office.

NOTE: The Registry has contracted cleaners monthly to specifically concentrate on “bigger” cleaning tasks such as windows etc.  They are booked for the second Monday of every month (except where this is a public holiday, in those cases they will arrive on the second Tuesday).  If your stay is during this time, please be aware of this.  If you do not want to be disturbed during your visit please advise the Registry Office on reception@bendigoanglican.org.au or 5443 4711.

During your stay, should you find any maintenance issues please complete the maintenance form  and return it to the Registrar via email at registrar@bendigoanglican.org.au

Checking Out

You need to depart by 12 noon.

The key needs to be returned to the key safe near the rear door.

Please ensure the Cottage is cleaned thoroughly and left tidy as per the departure checklist, ready for the next guests to arrive.

Cleaning Requirements Summary

The checklist of cleaning requirements includes:

  • vacuuming
  • mopping
  • clean bathrooms and toilets
  • all washing up – including emptying the dishwasher
  • washing kingsize sheets
  • bbq plates
  • rubbish and recycle bins emptied
  • wheelie bins put on the curbside

Contract Cleaning

The cleaner  that the Diocese uses for Eddington Cottage, is available for guests to contract for cleaning after their departure. This may be arranged by phoning Trish Temple from Bizzy Barkers Cleaning on 0414 583 708.  The usual payment arrangement for this service is to leave cash on the kitchen bench for the cleaners.
